HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES
To Receive Orders by Monday, December 24th:
UPS Ground: Must be placed by noon CST on Sunday, December 16th.
UPS 3 Day Select: Must be placed by noon CST on Monday, December 17th.
UPS 2 day Select: Must be placed by noon CST on Tuesday, December 18th.
UPS Overnight: Must be placed by noon CST on Wednesday, December 19th.
ShopFansUnited.com offers several different shipping options to our customers. We offer ‘all you can buy’ products at flat rate domestic ground shipping for a low $5.99 fixed rate (The $5.99 shipping rate excludes certain states, AK, HI and International orders).
The more you buy, the more you save. We offer several expedited shipping options and ship internationally. Simply select your preferred shipping method and we will take care of the rest.
SHIPPING TIMELINES AND METHODS
Shipping occurs Monday through Friday, excluding nationally recognized holidays. No shipping occurs on Saturday or Sunday. Fans United does not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.
The delivery date of your order is subject to (i) when your order leaves our distribution center; (ii) the delivery location address; (iii) the shipping method selected; and (iv) in stock status.
Estimated shipping time is approximately 48 hours (Monday - Friday) from the time your order is placed and is subject to change based on order volume.
* - Please allow 24-48 hours for processing and an estimated 3-5 business days for shipments to arrive.
Please note Estimated Ship Dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed.
Orders are shipped via UPS (excluding APO's and FPO's, which are shipped via the USPS - United States Postal Service). All orders being shipped to APO's, FPO's, or Rural Routes cannot be shipped with any service other than 4 to 5 day or ground delivery. All orders shipped with UPS will be assigned a tracking number and can be easily tracked online UPS. The Dallas Cowboys shall not be liable for loss, damage or delay caused by Acts of God, perils of the air, authority of law, riots, strikes, civil commotions, or hazards or dangers incident to a state of war. APO's and FPO's will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Certified mail, with signed return receipt. UPS cannot deliver to a post office box.
Please remember that UPS will not accept a Post Office box as a shipping destination. If you have entered a P.O. Box, we will have to contact you about additional shipping charges caused by having to use the United States Post Office, before processing your order.
UPS Next Day Requests must be placed (by Phone or the Internet) by 12:00 noon Central Standard Time (CST) in order to be received the following business day. Overnight requests that are place after 12:00 p.m. CST will be overnighted the following business day and received the first business day after that. For example, an order placed on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. CST will be shipped on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday by 5 p.m. An order placed on Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. CST will be shipped on Wednesday and delivered on Thursday by 5 p.m. 2nd Day or 3rd day requests that are placed after 12:00 p.m. CST will be shipped the following business day and received the 2nd or 3rd business day after that depending on the type of shipping selected. PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT offer SATURDAY delivery. Orders placed before 12:00 noon CST on Friday will be shipped on Friday and delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 12:00 noon CST on Friday will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
To calculate shipping and handling please add items to your cart and you will see the shipping cost in the upper right of your order screen. Orders are shipped via UPS.
Tracking is available for every package that we ship with UPS (On-Line tracking available at UPS Tracking.) APO & FPO packages are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS) via Standard Mail/Parcel Post mail service. Expected delivery date of the parcel is between 30 and 45 days from the date of mailing. No expedited services available and tracking is not currently available for APO & FPO parcels. As long as you provide us with a valid e-mail at the time of your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. You will also receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail at the time of the shipment. The shipping confirmation will contain your tracking number and a list of the items included in your shipment. You can track the status and delivery of your package with the ease of on-line tracking. Multiple shipping to addresses is not available at this time.
During our checkout process we provide a list of international locations to which we ship. We only ship to those international locations listed. All orders are subject to any/all applicable taxes and duties specific to each country shipping destination. By placing your order with the Fans United, you are considered the importer of record and as such, you will be responsible to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Furthermore, you will be responsible for all taxes, duties, and collection fees in addition to your shipping charges. Please allow additional delivery time for orders with international shipping destination locations.
