RETURN & REFUND POLICY
FANS UNITED WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT A PROPER RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA #).
To obtain your RA # you must email us at email@example.com or call us at 844-344-3267.
You can only receive a refund within 30 days of shipment. If you would like to return, and are within 30 days of your ship date, please follow these instructions:
STEPS TO RETURN AN ORDER
Please make sure to clearly write your return authorization number on the outside of your carton and attach the label or ship under your preferred method.

PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 WEEKS FOR US TO RECEIVE AND PROCESS YOUR RETURN. We will credit or refund the amount paid for the item and any taxes that were charged (excluding shipping and handling charges).
If you request a return for an item(s), standard shipping and handling rates will apply to the reshipment. The shipping and handling will be based on the value of the reshipment. We will gladly return your merchandise or issue you a refund within 30 days of the ship date. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition or it will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for lost returns. Please make sure to keep a copy of your tracking information to ensure delivery of your return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please send all returns to the below address.
